This one was taken from the observation deck of Frankfurt's Zeilgalerie at this year's Wolkenkratzerfestival. The building right next to the binocular is Germany's tallest high-rise: Sir Norman Foster's Commerzbank Tower (259m).I've posted a similar shot from New York's Rockefeller Center here.
