I made this shot on my way to the exhibition of Japanese photographer Hiroshi Sugimoto in Duesseldorf's Kunstsammlung NRW aka K21. The building Stadttor is among others the official residence of the Ministerpraesident of Nordrhein-Westfalen which is a federal state of Germany.
