Socrates Sculpture Garden is located in Queens at the East River, just a bit North from Roosevelt Island. Colors were boosted in LAB-mode and then gradually changed with the "Selective Color" tools. Vignette was added and an inverse S-curve applied to the blue channel. That's it!
